The Platform, www.extra-classes.com, may be used by students under the age of 18 ("Minor Users") only with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian ("Guardian").

By allowing a Minor User to access or use the Platform, the Guardian confirms that:

• They are the lawful parent or legal guardian of the Minor User
• They have reviewed and accepted the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies on behalf of the Minor User
• They agree to be legally bound by these Terms on behalf of the Minor User

The Guardian agrees to:

• Supervise the Minor User's activities on the Platform
• Ensure that the Minor User uses the Platform responsibly and lawfully
• Monitor academic usage and screen time as appropriate
• Safeguard login credentials and prevent unauthorized access

The Company shall not be responsible for failure of parental supervision.

The Guardian expressly consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of the Minor User's personal information for purposes including:

• Account creation
• Personalized AI-driven learning analytics
• Performance tracking
• Communication
• Platform improvements
• Security monitoring

The Company employs reasonable industry-standard security measures. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. The Guardian acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with internet-based platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extra Classes AI Edutech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for data breaches resulting from cyber-attacks, unauthorized third-party access, user negligence, or force majeure events.

The Guardian acknowledges that:

• The Platform provides educational tools and AI-assisted guidance only
• The Company does not guarantee academic results, exam ranks, or admissions
• Performance depends on individual effort and external factors
• The Company shall not be held liable for academic outcomes of the Minor User

All subscription fees, purchases, or transactions made by a Minor User shall be deemed authorized by the Guardian. The Guardian accepts full financial responsibility for:

• All payments made through the Minor User's account
• Any disputes arising from such payments

The Guardian acknowledges that:

• The Platform operates over the internet and may be subject to technical disruptions
• Temporary downtime, errors, or data loss may occur
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

The Guardian agrees that the Company shall not be liable for loss of data, interrupted services, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues.

The Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Extra Classes AI Edutech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, advisors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• The Minor User's misuse of the Platform
• Violation of Terms by the Minor User
• Unauthorized activities conducted through the Minor User's account

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of Minor Users where:

• Required parental consent is not verifiable
• Terms of Use are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected

By permitting the Minor User to access or use the Platform, the Guardian affirms that:

• They have read and understood this Parent Consent Clause
• They voluntarily provide consent
• They accept full responsibility for the Minor User's use of the Platform
