By using this Platform, you confirm that:

• You are preparing for an entrance examination after completing your 12th board exams, or
• You are using the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

• Specific examination ranks or scores
• Passing any competitive exam
• Improvement in academic performance

Academic success depends on multiple factors beyond the Platform's control, including individual effort, external conditions, and examination standards.

You agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information
• Not to misuse, hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform
• Not to upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Not to share login credentials with third parties
• Not to engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

All content on the Platform including but not limited to:

• Study materials
• Test questions
• AI models
• Algorithms
• Graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Software

are the exclusive intellectual property of Extra Classes AI Edutech Private Limited.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal action.

The Company employs reasonable industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However:

• No system is 100% secure perpetually.
• The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be immune from cyber-attacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Data breaches caused by third-party cyber-attacks
• Unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Force majeure events
• Loss of data due to user negligence
