REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on www.extra-classes.com ("Platform"), owned and operated by Extra Classes AI Edutech Private Limited ("Company", "Extra Classes", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing any subscription, course, test series, or digital product from the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

NATURE OF SERVICES

Extra Classes provides digital educational services, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered study plans
  • Online test series
  • Practice question banks
  • Video lectures
  • Performance analytics
  • Subscription-based access to digital content

All services are delivered electronically.

NO REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL CONTENT)

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • All purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Once access to digital content, tests, or subscriptions is granted, refunds will not be issued
  • Access credentials and digital content cannot be returned
  • This policy is necessary to prevent misuse, content duplication, and unauthorized distribution

LIMITED REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

A. Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

B. Failed Transaction with No Access Granted

If payment is successfully processed but access to the purchased service is not granted and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.

C. Legal Requirement
